Arrested Person: John Randall Ryan of Bloomsdale, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 09-15-1986, was arrested on warrants out of Franklin County for failing to appear on the charges of non-moving traffic violation. The warrants had a total bond set at $216.50.

Arrested Person: Kelly Marie Brown of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, W/F, DOB: 10-25-1992, was arrested on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve County for stealing.The warrant was issued by the Honorable Judge Timothy Inman with a bond set at $500.00.

Arrested Person: Raymond Edward Herrington of St. Louis, Missouri, W/M, DOB: 01-26-1962, was arrested on a warrant out of Jefferson County for possession of controlled substance. The warrant had a bond set at $20,000.00.
