Community Access Television honors volunteers
STE. GENEVIEVE – Ste. Genevieve Community Access Television honored its volunteer videographers and others who have donated their time on special projects for the stations during its regular meeting last night.
Several volunteers were honored for their support of Ste. Genevieve Community Access Television during a recent board meeting. Certificates were presented to several volunteers who completed a videography training class and plaques were presented to three individuals who assisted in other projects.
Volunteer videographers earning certificates were: Abi Hahn, Nicole Bauman, Karen Herzog, Jonathon Brewer, Doug Hahn, Ethel Henderson, Jacob Grass and Kyle Weiss.
Volunteer Keith Skaggs was presented a plaque in recognition of his help in the construction of the new outdoor Channel 7/98 sign in front of city hall.
Volunteer Frank Naeger was recognized for his painting of the stairwell which leads to the basement studio of the cable access television channels.
Ste. Genevieve Community Access Television has two channels on the Charter cable system in Ste. Genevieve, 7 and 98. It also streams both channels on the internet and provides video podcasts for viewing any time at stegentv.com.
