Ann Boxdorfer Ann T. Boxdorfer, 92, of Perryville, MO died January 18, 2012 at Parkland Health Center in Farmington, MO.
She was born on March 5, 1919 in Leopold, MO, daughter of George Jacob and Theresa Ann (Bulter) Macke. She and Ernest F. Boxdorfer were married on June 14, 1941. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1996. Mrs. Boxdorfer was a home maker. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Married Ladies Sodality and V.F.W. Auxiliary. Survivors include one son; Alan (Linda) Boxdorfer of Perryville, two daughters; Theresa (Eddie) Williams of Arnold, Faye (Wallace) Hacker of Fredericktown, two sisters; Alma Bascom of Pacific, Leola Schoerer of Forstel, ten grandchildren; Matthew, Jeremy and Josh Boxdorfer, Melissa Cromer, Christina King, John Hacker, Amanda Lincoln, Richard and Travis Hacker and Debbie and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son; Everett Boxdorfer, one sister Velma Macke. Friends may call at Young & Sons Funeral Home on Monday, January 23 from 5:00 - 9:00 pm with a catholic wake at 5:30 pm followed by V.F.W. Auxiliary Wake at 5:45 pm.Visitation will continue Tuesday, January 24 from 6:30 - 10:30 am with a rosary at 9:30 am. The funeral Mass will be at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 24 at 11:00 am with Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville. Memorials are preferred to St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools . Young & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. in Perryville, MO provided the arrangements. |
