A private graveside service was held for 49-year-old Valley M. Collins of Perryville who died December 18, 2011 at her residence.

She was born August 6, 1962, in Wichita, Kansas, daughter of Gerald Smith who survives in Heflin, Louisiana and Iva Lou Brown who preceded her in death.

She married Davy Collins on August 20, 1982. He survives in Perryville.

She is also survived by a stepfather: Charles Breedlove of Coushatta, Louisiana; three daughters: Kala (Scott) Stortz of Perryville, Dana (Jake) Worden of Ste. Genevieve and Malinda (Steve) Koeniger of Manassas, Virginia; a son: Jerry Collins of Perryville; two sisters: Diane (Dennis) Simonelli and Tresa (Joe) Perot, both of Heflin, Louisiana; two brothers: Greg (Debbie) Smith of Homestead, Florida and Thomas (Abby) Breedlove of Slidell, Louisiana and seven grandchildren.

She was a home maker.

A Private graveside Service for the family was held.
