A funeral will be held Tuesday, December 6, 2011 for 85-year-old Harry Petzoldt of Altenburg who died December 3, 2011 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born June 4, 1926 at Altenburg, the son of Oscar & Concordia (Lohmann) Petzoldt.

He married Elda Brunkhorst on October14, 1956. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by a sister: Arline Koenig of Perryville; a brother and sister in law: Lewis and (Louise) Petzoldt of Altenburg.

He was also preceded in death by a brother: Leo and a sister: Dorothy Winter.

He was a Member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg.

He was farmer in agriculture and livestock and was a U.S. Army WWII veteran.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, December 5 and 6:30-8:15 a.m. Tuesday, December 6 at the Young & Sons East Perry Chapel in Altenburg.

A funeral for 85-year-old Harry Petzoldt of Altenburg will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, December 6^th, 2011 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg. The Rev. Steven Dressler will officiate. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery
