A funeral will be held Thursday, November 3, 2011 for 95-year-old Vesta M. Hansen Schirmer of Perryville, formerly of Ste. Genevieve, who died Friday, October 28^th at Holiday Residential Care in Perryville.

She was born June 3, 1916 in Farmington, the daughter of Robert Henry Wills and Nellie Mae Kirkendall Wills, who both preceded her in death.

She married William G. Hansen Dec. 16, 1932 in Fredericktown, he preceded her in death.

She married Milbert E. Schirmer. He also preceded her in death.

She is survived by grandson: William G. ( Paula) Jones of Perryville; a granddaughter: Jamie ( Don Storey) Jones of Ocklawaha, Florida: great grandchildren: Amy Jones, Desiree (Jeremy) Graae; R.C. (Caryn) Price and a great great grand daughter: Kadence Price.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter and son-in-law: Doris (Grover) Jones; a brother: Alvin Wills; and four sisters: Bettie, Naomi, Robbie and Reva.

She was a med tech at Perry Oaks Nursing Center.

She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was a former member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Ste. Genevieve.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, November 2 and 9-10 a.m. Thursday, November 3, at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 95-year-old Vesta M. Hansen Schirmer of Perryville, formerly of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. The Rev. Thomas Handrick will officiate. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
