Timothy D. Lincoln Timothy D. Lincoln , 48, of Marble Hill, died October 1, 2011 after a three year battle with cancer.
He was born February 18, 1963, in St. Louis, the son of Helen (Brewer) Lincoln who survives in Marble Hill and the late Bobby Joe Lincoln. He married Patti (Snider-Palmer) Lincoln on September 28, 2006, in St. Louis. She survives in Marble Hill. He is also survived by two daughters: Nikki Lincoln of Marble Hill and Tabitha (Aaron) Pritchett of Fredericktown; four stepdaughters: Jennifer Lacy of Reynoldsville, Illinois; Shannon (Chris) Ritchie of Newburgh, Indiana, Brandi (Trey) Hedrick of Ft. Riley, Kansas, and Rikki LeGrand of Marble Hill; five brothers: Bobby Joe (Sheila) Lincoln, Jr. of Bartlett, Tennessee; Richard (Brenda) Lincoln of Whitewater, Jesse (Lori) Lincoln of Perryville and Michael and Shawn Lincoln of Marble Hill; two sisters: Michelle Lincoln of Willow Creek, Montana and Danielle (Tim) Davidson of Marble Hill; three grandchildren: Jordan and Jacob Martin of Marble Hill and Eli Pritchett of Fredericktown; eight step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by a daughter: Jennifer Mae Lincoln. He attended schools in both Jackson and Marble Hill, graduating with a GED in 2006. He was a welder in trade, employed by Missouri Dry Dock & Repair in Cape Girardeau, until he became disabled in February, 2010. He had previously been an over the road truck driver for some fifteen years. He spent nine years in military service from 1980-1989, four years as an Army combat engineer, and five years in the Army Reserves. Tim attended the Burfordville Baptist Church in Burfordville. He was baptized on April 18, 2010. Tim loved the outdoors. His interests included fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and anything pertaining to the outdoors. He had a real passion for nature and wildlife. Tim made the unselfish gift of body donation for medical research in hopes of finding a cure for cancer. Memorials may be made in Tim’s name to the American Cancer Society. Miller Family Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. |
