Mildred O. Weber Milda Onida Weber- Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ called His faithful follower, Milda Onida Weber, to the glories and joys of Heaven and her eternal rest on September 21, 2011.
She was born at her home in New Wells, MO., December 24, 1918 daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary (Mahnken) Fiedler. She was baptized at her home on January 5, 1919 and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church in New Wells on April 9, 1933. Milda was married to George Wilhelm Weber on September 29, 1940 by Rev. L. F. Dippold at Immanuel Lutheran Church at New Wells. Since her marriage, Milda was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg. She was an active member of Trinity L.W.M.L., Trinity Ladies Aid, Lutheran Historical Society, Prayer Chain, former member of Golden Agers and Braille Workers. She was preceded in death by her husband George on September 9, 1997, four brothers, Albert, Leo, Theodore and Rudy Fiedler; three sisters, Paula Degenhardt, Amanda Richter and Stella Dreyer; a son-in-law, James Bolte; and one great grandchild, Tyler Hoogstra. Survivors include four sons and one daughter; Robert (Debbie) Weber of Pikeville, NC., Glenn (Susan) Weber of Las Cruces, NM, Earl (Diane) Weber of Frohna, Mary (Harry) Dunnegan of Ava, MO., and Gene (Emily) Weber of Maryland Heights, MO., a sister Erna Powell of Cape Girardeau, eleven grandchildren; Sandra (Dan) Hoogstra of Joliet, Il., Christina (Mike) Stang of Pittsburgh, PA, Michelle Weber of Perris, CA., Carrie (Ryan) Busch of Las Cruces, NM., Trina (Johnnie) Allison of Cookeville, TN., Christopher Weber of Cookeville, TN., Bill Bolte of Walla Walla, WA., and Robert (Kelly) Bolte of Stockton, MO., Lisa, Katie, and Matthew Weber of Maryland Heights, ten great-grandchildren; Alan (AJ) and Cheyenne Hoogstra, Ethan Stang , Dana, Erin and Cameron Busch, Tristan, Stacy and Rookie Allison and Briley Bolte. Visitation will be held at Young & Sons East Perry Chapel on Sunday, September 25 from 4:00 - 7:00 pm and on Monday from 6:30 - 8:30 am. She will then be taken to Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg for Service at 10:00 am with Rev. Steven Dressler officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Trinity Lutheran Church in Altenburg, United in Christ Lutheran School in Frohna or a charity of your choice.
