Bruce O. Yamnitz

A funeral will be held Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 for 65-year-old Bruce Yamnitz of Perryville, who died Saturday, September 17th, 2011 at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born January 18th, 1946 in Peoria, IL, the son of Vernard and Grace (Long) Yamnitz. Grace survives in Perryville.

Survivors include five brothers and two sisters, Everett (Vida) Yamnitz of Perryville, James Yamnitz and special friend Lona Lashley of High Ridge, MO, Olive D. Yamnitz, Celesta (Lawrence) Kiefer, Keith Yamnitz and special friend Robyn Roy, Barry Yamnitz and Bryan Yamnitz all of Perryville, MO.

He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Yamnitz.

He was retired from Chrysler and farmed in both livestock and agriculture. He was a member of Riverhills Antique Tractor Club and United Auto Workers Union.

Visitation will be from 8-10:20 a.m. Thursday, September 22nd at the Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 65-year-old Bruce Yamnitz of Perryville will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, September 22nd, 2011 at the Young and Sons Funeral Home. The Rev. Anne Saegesser will officiate.

Memorials are preferred to American Heart Association, Perry County Advocates for Individuals with Disabilities or Riverhills Antique Tractor Club.
