A funeral will be held Friday, August 12, 2011 for 56-year-old Brad L. Nolen of Arnold, formerly of Perryville who died August 9, 2011 at his residence.

He was born on June 29, 1955 in Bonne Terre, the son of Russell Nolen, who preceded him in death, and Alvina (Hoffman) Nolen who survives in Perryville.

He married Karen A. Bachmann on July 5, 1975. She survives in Arnold.

He is also survived by two sons: Timothy Nolen of Arnold and Benjamin (Jennifer) Nolen of High Ridge; four brothers: Mike (Jeanette) Nolen of Wentzville, Tom (Pat) Nolen of Festus, Bruce (Connie) Nolen and Larry (Charlene) Nolen all of Perryville; and two grandchildren: Luke and Gabriel Nolen.

He was also preceded in death by his grandparents.

He was a technician for commercial (HVAC) Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association and was disabled for the past three years.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, August 11 and 6:30-10:30 a.m. Friday, August 12 at Young & Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 56-year-old Brad L. Nolen of Arnold, formerly of Perryville will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2011. The Rev. Scott Douglas and Dr. Ed Callahan will co-officiate.
