A funeral service will be held Monday, June 15, 2015 for 100 year old Olinda Wagner of Chester, IL who died Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, IL.
Olinda was born April 12, 1915 near Walsh, IL, the daughter of Eddie and Minnie (Hapke) Eggemeyer. She married Alva Fritz Wagner on June 25, 1933 in Walsh, IL and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Roland Wagner of Chester, IL and Jerry Wagner of Sparta, IL. Two sisters, Ruby Young of Granite City, IL and Darlene Claussen of Ellington, MO. 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren, six step great-great grandchildren and two step great-great-great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, one son, one grandson, five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be from 4pm to 8pm Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, IL. Visitation will then continue on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 8:30am at Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh, IL.
A funeral service for 100 year old Olinda Wagner of Chester, IL will be held at 10am Monday, June 15, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh, IL with Rev. Harold Weber officiating.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
