Funeral services will be Monday, January 30, 2012 for 90 year old Coy Mott of Chester, IL who passed away Friday, January 27, 2012 at Chester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chester, IL.
Coy was born March 14, 1921 in Brownfield, IL, the son of Peter and Nellie (Stafford) Mott. He married Dorothy Leverett on July 3, 1942 in Jackson, MO and she preceded him in death on April 22, 2007.
Survivors include four children, Carolyn Mott, Judy Wunderlich, Dennis Mott and Patti Carter all of Chester, IL. One daughter in law, Helen Mott of Chester, IL. 14 grandchildren, one granddaughter in law, 26 great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, four brothers, one sister and three grandsons.
Visitation will be from 4pm to 7pm on Sunday, January 29, 2012 and after 7:30am Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, IL.
Funeral service for Coy Mott will be at 11am Monday, January 30, 2012 at the Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, IL with Dr. Mike Fogerson officiating.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, IL.
