Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 20, 2010 for 80 year old Raynold Eggemeyer of Chester, IL who passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.

Raynold was born February 1, 1930 in Chester, IL, the son of Arthur and Cora (Runge) Eggemeyer. He married Dorothy Minton on October 1, 1955 in Walsh, IL and she survives of Chester, IL.

Also surviving are children Rudy and Julie Eggemeyer of Chester and Cindy Eggemeyer of Bolingbrook, IL. Sisters, Albert Eggemeyer of Marion, IL and Loretta and Larry Gentry of Carterville, IL. Two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.

Visitation will be from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday, October 19, 2010 and from 7:30am to 9am Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at the Wilsonís Funeral Home in Steeleville, IL. Visitation will also be held from 10am to 11am Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh, IL.

Funeral services for Raynold Eggemeyer will be at 11am Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh, IL with Rev. Harold Weber officiating.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
