Funeral services will be Friday, March 27, 2009 for 78 year old Rosemary Frazer of Chester, IL who passed away Monday, March 23, 2009 at St. Annís Healthcare Center in Chester, IL.

She was born August 1, 1930 in Chester, IL, the daughter of Ray and Letta Mae (Lyons) Mansker.

Rosemary was an office deputy for the Randolph County Jail.

Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Stenberg of Chester, IL and Kathy Ruggles of Florida. Three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

Friends are calling from 4pm to 8pm Thursday, March 26, 2009 and from 7:30am to 9:30am at the Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester, IL and from 10am to 11am at the First United Methodist Church in Chester, IL.

Funeral services for Rosemary Frazer will be Friday, March 27, 2009 at 11am from the First United Methodist Church in Chester, IL with Rev. Gary Mosimann officiating.

Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, IL.
