Funeral services will be Thursday, September 6, 2007 for 76 year old
Clarence Hecht of Chester, IL who passed away Monday, September 3, 2007 at
his home in Chester, IL.
He was born September 20, 1930 in Chester, IL, the son of Howard and Mary
(Moll) Hecht. He married Evelyn Elam on June 11, 1955 in Chester, IL and she
survives of Chester, IL.
Also surviving is one son, Kenneth Hecht of Chester, IL. One daughter,
Janet Bargman of Chester, IL. Two brothers, Hebert and Paul Hecht both of
Chester, IL. Two sisters, Helen Korando and Elsie Rickenberg both of
Chester, IL. One sister in law, Judy Hecht of Chester, IL. Four
grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one brother in
Friends are calling after 5pm Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at the
Schroeder McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester, IL.
Funeral service for Clarence Hecht will be Thursday, September 6, 2007 at
11am from Peace Lutheran Church in Chester, IL with Rev. Edwin Reuter and
Rev. Kathryn Bielfeldt officiating.
Burial will be in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Chester, IL with
military graveside service under the direction of VFW Post #3553 of Chester,

American Cancer Society.
