Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, February 28, 2007 for 81 year old Orville Bievenue of Chester, IL, formerly of Prairie du Rocher, IL, who passed away Saturday, February 24, 2007 at Three Springs Lodge Nursing Home in Chester, IL.

He was born August 23, 1925 in Prairie du Rocher, IL, the son of Gregory and Augusta (DuFrenne) Bievenue. He married Ethel Godare on August 27, 1949 in Prairie du Rocher, IL and she survives of Chester, IL.

Also surviving are two sons, Michael Bievenue of Chester, IL and Thomas Bievenue of Prairie du Rocher, IL. One daughter, Carol Herzog of Prairie du Rocher, IL. Two sisters, Betty Godier of Prairie du Rocher, IL and Doris Limestall of Mesa, AZ. 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends are calling from 4pm to 8pm Tuesday, February 27, 2007 and from 8am to 9:30am on Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at the Welge Pechacek Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL.

Funeral Mass for Orville Bievenue will be Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at 10am from St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Prairie du Rocher, IL with Father Albert Kreher and Father Gene Wojcik officiating.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Prairie du Rocher, IL.

Memorials can be made in the form of Masses, to St. Mary’s Catholic School in Chester, IL or to the American Cancer Society.
