Elva Lea Hegger
Funeral services will be Friday, May 20, 2005 for 82 year old Elva Lea
Hegger of Chester, IL who passed away Sunday, May 15, 2005 at National
Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Born December 3, 1922 in Rockwood, IL, the daughter of John and Carrie
(Woods) Andrews. She married Everest Hegger on September 26, 1975 in
Melville, MO and he survives of Chester, IL.
Also surviving are three daughters, Cher Thomas of Newport Beach, CA,
Marsha Teter of Round Rock, TX and Debra Withrow of Wayne City, IL. Seven
stepchildren, Janice Kohlbrecher of Carlyle, IL, Barbara Hegger of Mason
City, IA, Everett Hegger of Decatur, IL, Donna Strange of Roanoke, VA,
Paul Hegger of Columbia, SC, Phyllis Donoho of Mt. Home, AR and Jacqueline
Wolk of St. Louis, MO. One sister, Shirley Clevenger of Chester, IL. Three
brothers in law, Bill Hegger of Wisconsin, Marvin Hegger of California and
Charles Hegger of Aviston, IL. Three sisters in law, Lorraine Horrell of
Pennsylvania, Anna Mae Frisse and Ann Hegger both of Highland, IL. 7
grandchildren, 13 step grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three
step great grandchildren also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, one step
grandchild, five brothers and three sisters.
Friends are calling after 4pm Thursday, May 19, 2005 at the Welge
Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester, IL.
Funeral services for Elva Hegger will be Friday, May 20, 2005 at 11am
from the Welge Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester, IL with Rev. Marvin
"Bud" Bennett officiating. Burial will be in the Evergreen
