Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 3, 2004 for 69-year-old Wilbert
Rickenberg of Chester, IL who passed away Saturday, February 28, 2004 at
Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL.
Born August 28, 1934 in Walsh, IL, the son of Everett and Freida
(Beckman) Rickenberg. He married Elsie Hecht on December 15, 1956 and she
Also surviving is one son, Robert Rickenberg of Chester, IL. Three
daughters, Barbara Wilson of Coulterville, IL, Nancy Yamnitz of St. Mary, MO
and Karen Murdach of Chester. One brother, Harvey Rickenberg of Walsh, IL.
Six sisters, Evangeline Wahlman, Mildred Witbart, Marlene Edwards, Donna Mae
Wieser and Alice Gamble all of Walsh, IL and Velma Fraembs of Steeleville,
IL. Eight grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers.
Friends may call after 5pm Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at the Schroeder
McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester, IL.
Funeral services for Wilbert Rickenberg will be Wednesday, March 3, 2004
at 9am at the Schroeder McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester, IL with Rev. Fred
Campbell officiating. Burial will be in the Paradise Cemetery in
