Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2002 for 88-year-old Bernice Woolcott of Chester, IL who died Thursday, September 12, 2002 at Memorial Hospital in Chester, IL.

She was born on May 7, 1914 in Miltonvale, KS, the daughter of Marion and Ethel (Austin) Covey.

She married John Woolcott on June 9, 1935 in Miltonvale, KS and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Carrie Royalty of Cincinnati, OH and Mary Ann St. Clair of Parkville, MO. Two grandsons, one niece and four nephews also survive.

Her parents, husband, two sisters and one brother preceded her in death.

Friends may call after 5pm Monday, September 16, 2002 at the Welge Pechacek Funeral Home in Chester, IL.

Funeral services for Bernice Woolcott will be Tuesday, September 17, 2002 at 11am at First United Methodist Church in Chester, IL with Rev. Beth Tickner officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to the First United Methodist Church or to the Chester Running Club.
