Funeral services will be Thursday, September 9, 1999 for 45-year-old Gene Nanney of Waterloo, Illinois, formerly of Chester, Illinois who died Monday, September 6, 1999 at St. Clements’s Hospital in Red Bud, Illinois.

He was born April 7, 1954 in Chester, Illinois.

Survivors include his mother and father-in-law, Leoma and Jake Lambert both of Chester. One son, Tyler Nanney of Waterloo, Illinois. Three brothers, Bill and Dale Nanney both of Chester, Illinois and Mark Lambert of Meridian, Idaho. Three sisters, Jeanie Faught of Spaulding, Michigan, Darla Brooks of Attleboro, Massachusetts and Blenda Killebrew of Smithton, Illinois. Eight nieces, four nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews also survive. His grandparents preceded him in death.

Friends may call after 5pm Wednesday, September 8, 1999 at the Schroeder-McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester, Illinois.

Funeral services for Gene Nanney will be Friday, September 9, 1999 at 10:00 AM at the Schroeder-McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester, Illinois with Reverend Phillip Keeton officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Chester, Illinois.
