Funeral services will be Monday, September 13, 1999 for 91-year-old Charles Nitzsche of
Ellis Grove who died Thursday at St. Anns Healthcare Center in Chester.
Born August 30, 1908 in Modoc, the son of Charles and Zadie (Thompson) Nitzsche. He
married Marjorie Rockwell on October 27, 1946 in New Palestine, Illinois and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Curtis and Carl Nitzsche both of Ellis Grove. Two
daughters, Linda Rader of Chester and LaVerne Fryer of Steeleville. One brother, Albert
Nitzsche of Evansville and one sister, Melba Harle of Cincinnati, Ohio. Five grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, one brother and one sister.
Friends may call after 5pm Sunday, September 12, 1999 at the Schroeder McClure Funeral
Chapel in Chester.
Funeral services for Charles Nitzsche will be Monday, September 13, 1999 at 11:00am at
the New Palestine Methodist Church in New Palestine, Illinois with Rev. Marvin
"Bud" Bennett officiating, burial will be in the New Palestine Cemetery in New
