Milton "Red" Miner
Funeral services will be Friday for 86 year old Milton "Red" Miner of Chester
who died Wednesday at Memorial Hospital in Chester.
Born August 20, 1912 in Ironton, Missouri, the son of Harrison and Rosie Miner. He
married Nettie Mansker of October 28, 1950 in Chester and she preceded him in death.
Survivors include one daughter, Nancy Kirkhover of Chester. One brother, Jack Miner of
Baldy Mesa, California. Two sisters, Jewell Zirbes of Corona, California and Laura Cawley
of Caledonia, Missouri. Three grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call after 5pm Thursday, March 25 at the Schroeder McClure Funeral Chapel
Funeral services for Milton "Red" Miner will be Friday, March 26 at 10am at
the Schroeder McClure Funeral Chapel in Chester with Rev. Phil Keeton officiating. Burial
will be in the Pleasant Ridge cemetery in Rockwood.
