A funeral will be held Monday, January 25th, 2010 for 81-year-old Jean M. (Murphy) Rozier of Ste. Genevieve, who died at Ste. Genevieve County Memorial Hospital in Ste. Genevieve, on January 22nd, 2010

She was born December 2, 1928, in St. Louis, the daughter of Dr. C. J. Murphy and Laura (Schaffrey) Murphy, who both preceded her in death.

She married Joseph J. Rozier, Jr. on May 27^th, 1950. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons: Joseph J. (Mary Clare) Rozier, III of Ste. Genevieve, Jack C. (Susan) Rozier of Ste. Genevieve and Thomas G. Rozier of St. Louis; three daughters: Jean Marie Sellberg of St. Louis, Laurie A. (Joseph) Ebeling of Ste. Genevieve and Mary Ellen (Ed) Hall of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; one brother: Don (Ceil) Murphy of St. Louis and 19 grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Jack Murphy and Courtney Murphy

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

A funeral for 81-year-old Jean M. (Murphy) Rozier of Ste. Genevieve will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 25^th at the Church of Ste. Genevieve. The Rev. James Voiss, S.J. will officiate.

Burial will be at Valle Spring Cemetery, in Ste. Genevieve
