JEFFERSON CITY -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol has announced the arrests of the following individuals:

36-year-old Floyd Fondren of St. Louis at 10:15 a.m. today, Monday, in Ste. Genevieve County on a warrant out of Phelps County for failing to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail following his arrest.

47-year-old Russell Lottie of Rockford, Illinois at 7:42 a.m. Sunday in Perry County on a patrol charge of driving while suspended. He was taken to the Perry County Jail following his arrest.

22-year-old Crystal L. Harris of Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 6:07 a.m. Sunday in Perry County on a patrol charge of driving while suspended. She was taken to the Perry County Jail following her arrest.

32-year-old John C. Dawson of Farmington at 11:53 p.m. Saturday in Ste. Genevieve County on a patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail following his arrest.

44-year-old Mark A. Gillette of Florissant at 6:25 p.m. Saturday in Perry County on a patrol charge of driving while suspended. He was taken to the Perry County Jail following his arrest.

19-year-old Jacob W. Harper of Ste. Genevieve at 9:52 p.m. Friday in Ste. Genevieve County on patrol charges of possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence. He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail following his arrest and then released.
