Man charged with felony DWI Missouri State Highway Patrol JEFFERSON CITY -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting the arrest of a 49-year-old St. Mary man. The patrol says Mark S. Armbruster is charged with felony driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. He was taken to the Ste. Genevieve County Jail following his arrest at 11:48 p.m. Wednesday night. |
