MSHP reports arrests Missouri State Highway Patrol JEFFERSON CITY -- The Missouri State Highway Patrol has released its latest report of arrests. Among them: 21-year-old Dustin E. Brooks of Fredericktown on Sunday morning on Wayne County warrants for two counts of contempt of court on previous charges of public order crimes and a liquor violation. He was taken to the Perry County Jail following his 1:36 a.m. arrest. 39-year-old Shawn P. Kennedy of Hillsboro on Saturday night on patrol charges of driving while intoxicated and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was taken to the Perry County Jail for booking following the 11:45 p.m. arrest and then released. |
