Sheriff reports arrests and incidents

PERRYVILLE -- The Perry County Sheriff's Office has released its latest report of arrests and incidents:

Arrested were:

40-year-old Keith William Overbey Sr. of Perryville on July 10th on misdemeanor charges of domestic assault and DWI.

52-year-old Gary Vincent Armbruster of St. Mary on July 10th on a warrant out of Ste. Genevieve on three counts of failing to appear on misdemeanor charges.

35-year-old Charles Earl Norman Jr. of Charleston on July 13th on a Perry County warrant for failing to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

39-year-old James Dean Nesler of Charleston on July 13th on a felony Perry County warrant for releasing anhydrous ammonia and possession of anhydrous ammonia.

20-year-old Nicholas Jonathon Hinkle of St. Louis on July 13th on St. Louis County warrants for felony burglary and stealing.

39-year-old Susan Lynn Glaus of Perryville on July 16th on a warrant out of Reynolds County for failing to appear on misdemeanor charges.

50-year-old Paul Lesley Bainter of Meadow Point on July 20th on felony charges of three counts of burglary and three counts of stealing and a misdemeanor charge of stealing.

56-year-old Steven Charles Colyott of Jackson on July 21st on a warrant for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

The following incidents were reported to the sheriff's office.

Animal abuse in the 200 block of Perry County Road 706 when someone drove by and tossed a puppy out of the window of their car while it was moving July 18th.

Theft of a laptop computer, palm phone and tools with a total value of $1,650 from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 3000 block of Route E on July 20th.
