A funeral will be held Thursday, February 4th, 2010 for 87-year-old Velma L. Lilly of Perryville, who died Monday, February 1st, 2010 at Perry Oaks in Perryville.

She was born September 5th, 1922 in Myrtle, MS, the daughter of John and Leona Perkins, who preceded her in death.

She married James Lilly. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons; Jerry (Lillian) Lillyof Poplar Bluff, Robert (Lois) Lilly of Jadwin, Charles (Judith) Lilly of Perryville; two daughters, Linda (Norm) Guhe of St. Louis, Kay Claybrook of Perryville; a sister, Beulah Spencer of North Carolina, eight grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, James Lilly, and one brother.

She was a Homemaker.

Visitation will be on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 10:00 am to 12:50 pm at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 87-year-old Velma L. Lilly of Perryville will be hald at 1:00 pm in the Miller Chapel. The Rev. Tisha Mundy will officiate.

Burial will follow in the Home Cemetery.
