A funeral will be held Wednesday, January 6^th, 2010 for 61-year-old Betty Ann Kasten of Uniontown who died January 3, 2010 at her residence.

She was born April 17^th, 1948 in Glenallen the daughter of the Avery Jordan who preceded her in death and Lilly (Harlan) Jordan who survives in Uniontown.

She married Alvin Kasten on April 12, 1980.

She is also survived by two daughters: Christina (David) Bohnert of Uniontown and Patricia (Richard) Wagner of Uniontown; a son: Allen Kasten of Perryville; six grandchildren: John, Jared, and Lacey Lohman, Austin Bohnert, Richard Jr. and Joshua Wagner; five sisters and five brothers: Ruby (George) Isaacs of Marston, Joe (Sue) Jordan of Marble Hill, Tony (Sandy) Jordan of Westfield, Illinois, Janet (Norm) Bell of Bloomsdale, Larry (Lex) Jordan of Marble Hill, Rita (Gary) Wagner of Perkins, Clara (Howard) Ennis of Marble Hill, David (Sandra) Jordan of Jackson, and Philbert (Karen) Jordan of Kansas Illinois and a sister in law: Sue Jordan of Marble Hill.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers Avery Dale Jordan and Joseph (Carl) Jordan.

She was a baby sitter who had an exceptional love for children, and a homemaker. She also loved gardening, crafts, and sewing

She was a member of The Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown.

Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Tuesday, January 5^th and 6:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral for 61-year-old Betty Ann Kasten of Uniontown will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 5^th at Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown. The Rev. Paul Winningham will officiate. Burial will be in the Grace Lutheran Cemetery in Uniontown.

Memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran Building Fund and to Southeast Hospice.
