A funeral will be held for 97-year-old Laura M. Unterreiner of Rolla formerly of Perryville who died Monday, June 29^th, 2009 at Heritage Park Nursing Home.

She was born April 17, 1912 at Old Appleton, the daughter of Joseph Schnurbusch and Helen Ponder Schnurbusch

She married Rudolph Unterreiner on Aug. 25, 1936 at Apple Creek. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters: Ethel Scovell of Rolla and Ruth Rellergert of Bonne Terre; two sons: Allen Unterreiner of Arnold and Gary Unterreiner of Uniontown, two brothers: Ruben "Rip" Schnurbusch of Old Appleton and Bill Schnurbusch of St. Louis; two sisters: Bertha Unterreiner of Cape Girardeau and Betty Rellergert of St. Louis, eight grandchildren and great grandchildren

She was also preceded in death by seven brothers

She was a housekeeper in the Perryville area. She loved to quilt and crochet.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church-Apple Creek

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday, July 2^nd and 6:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, July 3^rd at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish prayers will be said at 7 p.m. Thursday and the Rosary recited at 9 a.m. Friday.

A funeral mass for 97-year-old Laura M. Unterreiner of Rolla, formerly of Perryville, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 3^rd, 2009 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Apple Creek. The Rev. Tony Dattilo will officiate. Burial will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Apple Creek.
