A funeral will be held Saturday, June 13^th for 72-year-old Eugene Edward Hotop of Perryville who died Wednesday, June 10^th at his home.

He was born March 23, 1937 in Perryville, the son of Edward A. Hotop and Beulah M. Hager Hotop

He married Shirley Ann Cassoutt on June 18, 1960. She survives in Perryville

He is also survived by two sons: Steven and Gail Hotop and Mark and Cindy Hotop, all of Perryville; two daughters: Barbara and Charles Schilling of St. Mary and Brenda and David Marshall of Peyton, Colorado.

He was also preceded in death by a brother: Clyde Hotop and a grandson: Dustin Hotop.

He was the owner/operator of Perryville Packing. He was also a bartender at the V.F. W. He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. He served in the National Guard. He was of the Catholic faith.

Visitation will be 5-8 this (Friday, June 12^th) evening and 6:30-10 a.m. Saturday, June 13th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville.

A funeral service for 72-year-old Eugene Edward Hotop of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. in the Miller Family Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Stan Hargis will officiate.

Entombment will be in the Mary Queen of Heaven Mausoleum at Mount Hope Cemetery.
