Eldon L. Groff of Perryville died Sunday, June 21, 2009 in Perryville, MO. He was 69.

He was born June 29, 1939 in Missoula, Montana, the son of the late Eugene and Evelyn (Seeger) Groff.

Eldon Groff was a cook in the Army and a nurse and cook at Warm Springs State Hospital in Anaconda, Montana.

He was married to Patsey Lilly February 28, 1966 she survives in Perryville.

Other survivors include one son Jerad (Tabetha) Groff of Perryville and two daughters Markseal Drywater of Tahlequah, OK., Christine Groff of Perryville and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Eldon Groff was of the Baptist faith and a US Army Veteran.

Memorials are preferred for family use.

Visitation will be from 9:30 am – 11:00 am on Saturday, June 27 at Young & Sons Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 am Saturday at Young & Sons Chapel with Rev. Stan Hargis officiating.
