Arthur C. Graff

A funeral will be held Friday, June 5th, 2009 for 87-year-old Arthur C. Graff of Perryville who died Tuesday, June 2nd at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville.

He was born October 31st, 1921 at Lithium, the son of Elma Graff and Maryetta (Trickey) Graff

He married Alma Bishop. She preceded him in death.

He married Blanche Marie Hagan on April 6, 1980. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by two daughters: Dorothy Danz of Eureka and Linda Atchley of Sikeston, three step children: Ruth Ann Busch of Farmington, Lawrence Strattman of Cape Girardeau and Paul Strattman of Perryville; three sisters: Mae Dubois of Perryville, Ruth Kiefer of Perryville and Verna Reed of Dexter; one grand child-Melissa Austin and two great-grandchildren: Daniel and Nicholas Austin

He was also preceded in death by two brothers Albert Graff and Dale Graff and a sister Edna Bishop

He worked as a steel iron hanger at Mississippi Lime Company. He also farmed.

He was a member of Lithium Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge No. 670 in Perryville.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, June 4th and 6:30-10 a.m. Friday, June 5th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Masonic service at 7 p.m. Thursday.

A funeral for 87-year-old Arthur C. Graff of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 5th at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. The Rev. Gerold McBride will officiate.

Burial will be in the Home Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
