Betty M Parks Moyer

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 for 81-year-old Betty M. Parks Moyer of Perryville who died Sunday, May 24th at Independence Care Center of Perry County.

She was born June 6, 1927 in West Eminence the daughter of the late Edgar C. and Mary E. (Blake) Kofahl.

She married Melvin C. Parks on September 12, 1946. He preceded her in death January 8, 1994.

Survivors include one daughter Mary E. Webb of Eureka Springs, Arkansas., two sons, Rev. James A. Parks of Robinson, Illinois and Thomas C. Parks of Branson, one sister Joy Hutchinson of Oklahoma, six grandchildren and six plus great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

She was a hair dresser.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 26th at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 27th in Home Cemetery with the Rev. James A. Parks officiating.

Memorials are preferred to Robinson Assemble of God Church in Robinson, Illinois.
