A funeral will be held Saturday, April 18^th, 2009 for 90 year-old Christina A. Hoernig of Perryville, who died April 14, 2009 at Perry County Nursing Home in Perryville.

She was born Aug. 31, 1918 at Advance, the daughter of August and Anna Greuel Hoernig, who preceded her in death.

Surviving are: Two Brothers: Fr. Alphonse Hoernig, CM-Perryville

Leonard Hoernig-St. Louis, Mo

One Sister: Bernadina Hoernig-Perryville, MO

Preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters.

She was a Housekeeper, a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and of the Legion of Mary.

Visitation will be from 5-8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17 at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Visitation continues on Saturday, from 6:30 a.m.-1:50 p.m. with the rosary recited at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Funeral Mass for 90 year-old Christina A. Hoernig of Perryville will be celebrated at 2:00pm Saturday, April 18 at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Alphonse Hoernig, CM will officiate.

Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
