A funeral will be held Saturday, November 22nd, 2008 for 72-year-old Kenneth E. Killian, who died Tuesday, November 18th at Missouri Baptist Hospital.

He was born August 31st, 1936 in Perryville, the son of Oscar L. Killian Sr. and Georgia Mae Rhoades Killian, who both preceded him in death.

He married Janet R. Zahner on June 6th, 1959 in Perryville. She survives in Perryville.

He is also survived by three sons: Dr. Kevin Killian of St. Charles, Keith Killian of The Woodlands, Texas and Dr. Kent Killian of Kirkwood; three daughters, Kathy Parsons of Cape Girardeau, Kimberly Burns of Wentzville and Karla Smith of St. Charles; one brother, Oscar Killian Jr. of Sarasota, Florida and 13 grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Elmer; a sister, Virginia and a grandchild.

Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday, November 21st and 6:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Saturday, November 22nd at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. Parish prayers with the Knights of Columbus at 7 p.m. Friday. The Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

A funeral mass for 72-year-old Kenneth E. Killian of Perryville will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 22nd at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Gerald Blessing will officiate.

Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery with graveside military honors by the American Legion Post No. 133 and the Delta Team.

Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent School Endowment Fund, Masses or to Diabetes Association.
