Dorothy M. Schilli A funeral will be held Tuesday, November 18th, 2008 for 87-year-old Dorothy M. Schilli, formerly of Farmington, who died Saturday, November 15th at Independence Care Center of Perry County. She was born May 24th, 1921 in Claryville, the daughter of August and Rosina (Schmidt) Vaeth who both preceded her in death. She married Francis Schilli on May 20th, 1947. He survives. She is survived by three daughters and two sons in law: Sr. Delores Schilli, CPPS, of Perryville, Marie and Mike Becker of Wildwood and Marilyn and Paul Klearman of St. Louis; a son and daughter in law: Gerald Schilli of Fontana, California; six grandchildren: Ryan, Todd and Chad Williams, Sara and Aaron Klearman; and two great grandchildren, Alesic and Mark Thomas Williams and a sister, Helen Meyer of Ste. Genevieve. Numerous other relatives and friends survive. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Farmington. A wake wll be held at the Cozean Memorial Chapel from 5-9 p.m. Monday, November 17th. The rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. A funeral mass for 87-year-old Dorothy M. Schilli, formerly of Farmington, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 18th at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Farmington. Burial will be in the New Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Southeast Hospice, Southeast Missouri Hospital or to the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood in O'Fallon. |
