Today was the final day for the 2007-2008 school year for public school students in Chester.

Today might be considered one of the most popular day of the school calendar as today was "Turn Around Day."

Students at Chester High School went to the school this morning for the sole purpose of picking up their report cards and to clean out their lockers if they hadn’t already done so.

Meanwhile, students at Chester Grade School attended classes for about an hour this morning. Students were required to be there for role call and then parent could have picked up their students. Otherwise they climbed aboard the SWIBCO buses for the final time this school year.

The next question now is how long will it be before they look at their parents and say, "I’m bored."
